Reading is the Way Up® Fund

In 2004, City National Bank established the Reading is the Way Up^® Fund, a 501c(3) account, at the California Community Foundation. The purpose of the fund is to provide charitable gifts to enhance school libraries and fund literacy projects in the communities we serve.
